Access to the heated Vista Room is given in two or three-day agreements. Dependent on package selection. Inquire for specific times.
Day of Coordination
Our staff at The Vista of Maine know our grounds, technical and logistical aspects of executing special events on this premise and will work out any problem as they arise. Professionally dressed, driven and dedicated to your special day.
Includes Tables & Chairs
Our farmhouse tables and chairs are now included in your rental price. Complimentary Apple Crates add to your ceremony decor or can be used how you would like.
Outdoor Ceremony Spot & Arbor
Brave the cold and set up your dream winter ceremony outside. Overlooking the foothills of Maine to the White Mountains - your snow-capped images will surely stand out. Geometric Arbor included at no additional cost if you would like it set up.
Restrooms
Clean and Classy. Our copper finished sinks and close location of bathroom facilities will make your event that much more comfortable. Baby changing table and handicap facilities on-site.

Included - but who will be the first to suggest Karaoke? Bluetooth friendly.
Mainiac Bar Service
Our hard cider and wine is the only alcoholic beverage that can be served inside our Vista Room. We will provide the staff behind the bar for your three day property access. Cost of drinks extra. Inquire for details.

Small propane fueled fire pit. Corn Hole. and other life-sized lawn games are available.
Convenient Parking
Handicap accessible entrances to all buildings and barns. We can work with large buses and shuttles as well.
